When you become a Sun Bets affiliate partner, you will be assigned a unique affiliate ID. Our technology tracks every user who registers with Sun Bets after clicking on your referral link. When you select landing page links or banners from our marketing tools, your relevant ID will be built into the code, tracking all of your referrals who click on your chosen marketing material.

Yes, we welcome affiliates who are not based in the UK. However, Sun Bets only accepts customers from the UK and Ireland.

Sun Bets reviews each affiliate application on a case by case basis, looking at each site submitted individually. Sun Bets may reject an affiliate’s application if, at Sun Bets’ absolute discretion, it believes the affiliate website or method of promotion is not suitable for the affiliate programme.

Your site will be rejected if it contains topics that we see as being detrimental to our brand. However, if possible we will try and provide feedback on our decision.

We do not accept applications where the affiliate’s website is still in development – if your site is in development, please contact us on support@sunbetsaffiliates.com when making your application with information about your website.

Once You’ve Been Accepted

We provide a wide selection of creative, including banners and text links, designed to track your referrals. All you need to do is log into your affiliate account and go to the “Marketing” dropdown. You will see the media gallery: from here you can choose from a selection of banners in a variety of sizes and “direct links” which are text links.

On the left hand side you can filter by type of media and you can use the drop down menus to filter by product and size. Once you have selected the banner you would like to use, go to the “get media code” tab where you will find the JavaScript code, which will auto-populate with your unique affiliate ID. You can select which landing page you would like the banner to point to.

If you are looking for a landing page, locate it, click on the landing page link and copy the URL that pops up.

Yes. You can find logos within your affiliate account under the “Logos” filter. If the size you need is missing, please contact support or your account manager. Please ensure that you do not change our logo in any way. We also reserve the right to remove our logo from any site should we deem it necessary to protect our brand.

Affiliates must inform us of all websites and traffic sources that will be used to promote Sun Bets. Please do this on your application and by adding a new campaign for each website or traffic source.

Please request permission before implementing any of the following advertising modes: Solus Email, Pop-Ups, Pop-Unders and SMS.

Only approved promo codes may be used for promoting Sun Bets.

Affiliates are not permitted to create mobile apps that present themselves as a SunBets owned/operated entity.

PPC Brand Bidding is not permitted: affiliates may not bid on Sun Bets branded PPC terms or any derivation of the brand on PPC. You should negative broad match “SunBets” “Sun Bets” “SunCasino” “Sun Casino” “The Sun”.

Social media pages which include “The Sun” “Sun Bets” “Sun Casino” or similar are also not permitted.

It is not permitted to send traffic from any sources related to matched betting or bonus abuse.

Yes, please list all your websites and traffic sources on your application. Once you have an account, you must create a new campaign for each website on which you would like to promote Sun Bets.

You can manage campaigns and campaign groups by clicking on the ‘Marketing’ tab and then “Manage campaigns” in the bottom left corner.

You must create a new campaign or new campaign group for each of your websites.

Campaigns are extra parameters you can configure in the interface to append to the tracking link, in order to track (and report on) the performance of different pieces of media. Campaign groups can be used to connect related campaigns. This allows you to track and report on campaigns by group (where there is a connection between them).

To create a campaign group:
1. Create a campaign group label (e.g. affiliatesite.com)
2. Insert the campaign group description, for future reference (e.g. affiliatesite.com)
3. Click on create

To create a campaign:
1. Create a unique campaign number between 1 and 65535 for your campaign.
2. Insert the campaign description, for future reference
3. Add spend, if you have allocated budget for the campaign.
4. Select a campaign group, if your campaign will sit within a tracked campaign group
5. Click “create”

You can add an existing campaign to a campaign group by selecting a campaign from the drop-down menu under existing campaigns and select “assign to group”.

On your dashboard, there is a performance panel with an interactive graph, here you will see impressions, hits, first deposit count, carried balance and income for the current month. For more detailed performance reports go to the “Reports” tab and select the parameters you would like to analyse.

Once on the “Reports” tab you can access a variety of reports including detailed reports, customer reports (including registrations) and traffic reports. Within these you can filter by set periods or specific dates. You can even select different columns of data, so you only see the information you need, streamlining reporting.

If there are any reports that you would like us to build, please contact your account manager.

When you login you will see impressions, hits, first deposit count, carried balance and income for the current month on your dashboard. You will also see hits, impressions and signups displayed in a graph with earnings shown below (by default this will be for the last 90 days).

Your commission for this period is also located on the login panel at the top right of your screen on every page of the Sun Bets affiliate platform.

Sun Bets comes with no negative carryover as standard. This means that at the end of each month, any negative net revenue will be reset, allowing you to earn commission from the beginning of the following month.

If you have forgotten your login details, from the login page you can select “Forgotten Username or Password”. This will take you to a page to either retrieve your username or reset your password. In both cases, you will receive an email with instructions to follow, or go to the password reset page.

Alternatively, let your Sun Bets account manager know or email support@sunbetsaffiliates.com and we will send an email for you to reset your password.

You can also change your password at any point by going to the “My Account” section when you are logged in. You will need to type in your old password before you can change it.

On the Sun Bets Affiliates login page, before logging in, you will see ‘Unsubscribe from emails’ on the bottom right. Click here and confirm your username and email address to unsubscribe from emails.

If your account has been blocked and you have not received any communication from us regarding your account being blocked, it may be an error. Please contact support or your account manager and we will look into it for you.

To update your account details, log into your account and go to the “Account” tab, then select “edit account details. Please update your details in the form and click “update”.

At the end of each day, the hourly data is wiped and replaced by the full data for that day. Thus, a missed hourly stats update will not effect your revenues. The hourly figures and reports throughout the day are to be used as a guide.

Sun Bets assigns customers to marketing channels (including Affiliates) on a last click basis. For clarity, a particular customer will be assigned to the marketing channel (or Affiliate) whose corresponding link the customer clicks on most recently, prior to registering an account with Sun Bets, as long as the user registers within 30 days of clicking on the particular link. Marketing IDs (also known as Affiliate IDs) will last for 30 days, unless overwritten by another marketing tracker.

Sun Bets stores data regarding marketing IDs through using local storage tracking. Where promotion codes are manually entered by the customer, (used for Sun Bets’ marketing channels, (including, but not limited to television, press and ad-hoc marketing campaigns)), marketing IDs associated with the promotion code will be assigned to the customer. If a valid promotion code is entered by the customer on sign-up, this would overwrite any existing marketing IDs.

The commission you will be paid is Net Revenue x Applicable Rate, where net revenue is gross turnover minus deductions (the money paid out to customers, plus Sun Bets’ costs). We offer a market leading 30% revenue share across all of our products, with no negative carryover.

Sun Bets’ deductions are accurate representations of Sun Bets’ true costs. There are no surprise “admin fees” or suchlike. Due to non-disclosure agreements with suppliers we are unable to provide exact details in regards to certain deductions.

Currently Sun Bets’ deductions are:
* General Betting Duty / Remote Gaming Duty (15% of Gross Profit)
* Horse Racing Levy (10.8% of Horse Racing Gross Profit)
* Product Fees (e.g variable progressive jackpot contributions, gaming and software fees)
* Bonus Bet Costs (Variable)
* Electronic Payment Fees (Between £0.04 and £1.30 per deposit/withdrawal)
* ID verification fee on new registrations (£0.10)

Getting Paid

Sun Bets use a self-billing system to pay our affiliates. This means that we send you a statement showing how much you have earned, raise an invoice on your behalf, and automatically send you your due payment, as long as you have met the criteria for payment. If you have any questions about payment methods, please contact your account manager or email us at support@sunbetsaffiliates.com. Please note that currently we only pay affiliates via bank transfer and do not pay out using any e-wallets.

If at the end of a calendar month your earnings are in excess of the minimum payout of 100 GBP, you will receive your payment by the 15th business day of the following month, as long as you have fulfilled any other requirements for payment listed in our Terms & Conditions. If your earnings fall below the minimum payout amount, your earnings will be rolled over to the next month, and will be paid once the total balance on your account exceeds 100 GBP.

Yes, your earnings must be in excess of 100 GBP. You must have also referred 5 new customers who have made a deposit with Sun Bets before any commission will be paid to you. If your earnings are below this threshold, or you have not yet referred 5 new depositing customers, your earnings will be carried over until you are owed over 100 GBP in total and have referred 5 new depositing customers.

You may also be required to undergo ID verification checks, at any point, in order to ensure that AML regulations are complied with. If such verification checks are requested, your payments will be put on hold until such checks are completed.

Tabcorp takes its Anti Money Laundering responsibility very seriously and affiliates may be required to undergo ID verification checks in order to to comply with AML regulations.

Revenue share earnings do not have an expiry date. However, revenue share is paid for the life of your affiliate account, not for the life of the referred customer.

As per our Terms & Conditions, Sun Bets has the right to terminate your membership of the affiliate programme in a number of circumstances, including if you suspend the promotion of Sun Bets across all approved affiliate websites. If your affiliate programme membership is terminated, no more revenue share earnings will be due.
